What we collect
- Information you submit: if you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, ZIP code, and job description you type, plus your consent to be contacted by phone.
- Call routing: calls to the number on this site are connected to an independent local chimney company. Call metadata (such as your number, and call time and duration) may be logged by our call-tracking provider so we can measure that the referral service works.
- Basic analytics: we use privacy-focused, cookieless web analytics to count visits and page views. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build visitor profiles.
How we use and share it
Form and call details exist for one purpose: connecting you with the independent local chimney companies described on how this site works. Each submission is shared with one of those companies so they can call you back. We do not sell your information, and we do not distribute leads to multiple buyers or lead marketplaces.
Retention
Lead details are kept only as long as needed to operate and audit the referral service, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to you.
Your choices
- You can call instead of using the form; the form is optional.
- You can ask us to delete a submitted lead: see contact.
- Standard telemarketing rules apply to the contractor who calls you back; consent is required by the form and you may withdraw it on the call.
Third parties
This site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure; form submissions are processed by our hosting provider and delivered to the receiving company. Those providers process data on our behalf and don’t get rights to use it otherwise.
